Jim Navagh will be one of the presenters at a continuing legal education seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute
on the topic of effective case presentation at trial. The seminar is scheduled for March 25, 2010. The two specific topics he will cover are effective use of objections and witness examination.

The topic was the at-will employment doctrine in the US."

Steve Suneson authored an article which appeared in the legal newspaper
Dagens Juridik (Daily Law) in Sweden on January 12, 2010 concerning some of
the legal issues confronting Swedish manufacturers when selling goods in the
US.

Jonathan Rodwin was re-elected as National Secretary of the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada (AmCham Canada). In addition, as a National Board Member of AmCham Canada, Jonathan chaired the AmCham Canada policy committee's efforts to develop an Issue Statement,
which was presented in meetings with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington in June, 2009.
